Meditation Program
This program explains the basics of meditation. The meditation techniques are presented in a non-intimidating fashion that makes them accessible to everyone. We will cover posture, breath and body awareness, as well as simple relaxation techniques. Participants will learn how to calm and focus the mind through breath and body awareness. Participants can sit in chairs or on provided cushions.
One hour: $500 1 to 20 participants, $25 per additional participant, maximum 30.
Yoga Program
This program explains the basics of yoga practice. Participants will learn how to develop strength, balance, flexibility and relaxation through breath and movement. Participants should wear loose-fitting clothing and bring their own mat.
One hour and 10 minutes: $500 1 to 20 participants, $25 per each additional participant, max. 30.
Ongoing meditation/yoga programs are available upon request.
